Useful terms.
- Available inventory
- Stock that can currently be sold, distinct from incoming, committed, or unavailable units.
- Draft order
- An order prepared in the admin before the sale is completed. Sending an invoice is not the same as receiving payment.
- Fulfillment
- Preparing and sending purchased items. Payment and fulfillment have separate statuses.
- Handle
- The identifier used in a resource’s URL and, for product CSV imports, to match existing products.
- Landed cost
- The product’s cost including the additional cost components recorded for sourcing or delivery.
- Market
- A selling context such as a region, with defaults and specific overrides.
- Metafield / metaobject
- An extra structured field / a reusable structured content definition with entries.
- Pinned app version
- The app release installed for a store; a new public release does not necessarily update that installation.
- SKU
- Your stock-keeping code for a specific product variant.
- Template
- The page layout used to render a type of resource, such as a product or collection.
- Theme package
- A Lulu theme snapshot containing shopwise-theme.json; it is not a full-store backup.
- Variant
- A specific combination of product options, such as a blue shirt in medium.
