Review marketplace mode
Open Marketplace and inspect whether the store is a marketplace operator or seller. Read the activation prompt if it is neither.
- Ask support to confirm fit before converting an established retail store.
Set onboarding rules
Open Marketplace settings. Choose the offered onboarding mode and review commission and seller policies.
- Prepare the seller agreement, prohibited-items policy, and buyer-protection information.
Review sellers
Open Sellers to inspect applications or use Add seller. Review each seller’s details before approval.
- Apply approval or suspension actions only to the intended seller.
Test the operation
Use an approved test arrangement to inspect a seller product, customer order, and the resulting commission records.
- Do not infer automatic seller payouts from a displayed commission figure.

Why is a control missing or unavailable?
Confirm that you are in the correct store and that your role allows this action. Optional apps and channels may require installation, a plan, or activation. Share the screen name and error with support if access is still unclear.
