Terms of service

The basic conditions for using the Lulu platform and creating a store.

Your account

Provide accurate account and business information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that you are authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the activity of people you give access to your store.

Your store and customers

You are responsible for your products, descriptions, prices, customer communications, fulfillment, returns, and applicable business obligations. Publish accurate policies and only sell products or services you are entitled to sell.

Packages and charges

Store creation does not require a payment card. Paid services, packages, billing periods, platform fees, and any custom implementation terms must be confirmed before activation. Public package selection does not by itself charge a card or amend an existing subscription. Existing customers remain subject to their current agreement until a change is confirmed.

Third-party services

Payment processing, domains, apps, advertising, messaging, and hardware can have separate charges and conditions. Availability can depend on your country, business approval, currency, and provider configuration. Lulu does not supply Shopify-branded financial products.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, abuse, unauthorized access, or interference with other users. Do not misrepresent products, publish invented customer reviews, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You remain responsible for the content and data you provide. Operating your store requires the service and the providers you choose to process and display that content. Access to themes, apps, and third-party materials is subject to the relevant license or agreement; creating an account does not grant ownership of the entire platform source code.

Availability and changes

Features can depend on package, configuration, provider availability, and implementation status. Product illustrations use sample data and do not promise particular business results. Any service-level commitment, bespoke work, or support schedule must be stated in your agreement.

Billing changes, cancellation, and help

Review the effective date and financial consequences before changing or canceling a paid service. Contact the team if a billing option is unclear or differs from your agreement. No particular refund entitlement is created by a public pricing illustration; your agreement and applicable rights govern.

Contact

For account, service, or commercial questions, contact the Lulu team through the contact page. If you have a separately signed agreement, review it alongside these terms for the services it covers.
