1. Start with eligibility
Choose a provider that supports your business location, products, and required currencies. Complete its onboarding and approval process before you promise a payment method to customers.
2. Understand what you pay
Ask about processing rates, fixed charges, settlement times, refunds, chargebacks, and currency conversion. Lulu package transaction fees are separate from those provider costs.
3. Connect securely
Use the payment settings in your admin to enter the credentials required by your provider. Keep secrets out of email, screenshots, browser code, and public repositories. Restrict settings access to appropriate staff.
4. Test the complete flow
Use the provider’s supported sandbox or test mode. Confirm that a successful payment updates the order correctly, and that failed or canceled attempts do not mark an order paid. Check the supported refund path too.
5. Go live with a checklist
Confirm live credentials, supported currencies, customer contact details, and delivery settings. Monitor early transactions in both the provider dashboard and Lulu. Reconcile settlements against order and fee records.
Explore the Lulu platform, compare packages, or ask the team about your setup.
